DIEGO RODRIGUEZ Principal Attorney and Founding Partner

The firm’s principal attorney has been practicing in the State of Arizona since 1995. Mr. Rodriguez has a wealth of experience in both the civil and criminal areas of the law. Mr. Rodriguez began his career as a Deputy County Attorney with the Office of the Pima County Attorney, located in Tucson, Arizona. During his approximately four years with that agency, he completed over 60 felony jury trials for crimes such as Aggravated Assault, Felony DUI, Child Abuse, Burglary, Car Theft, Drug Possession, and First Degree Homicide.

After leaving that position, Mr. Rodriguez began his career as a civil attorney in October of 1999. Aracely Sanchez

Aracely Sanchez Office Manager

Ms. Sanchez has been the firm’s office manager since July of 2012. As a student she has received many awards, and scholarships. These include: in 2006 she was a part of the People to People Ambassador Program where she visited France and England with other U.S. students, also in 2006, she was recognized by the Who’s Who among American High School Students program, she is a past recipient of the President’s Scholarship, a recipient of the Maricopa Association of Chicanos in Higher Education Scholarship, the YWCA Harriet Harrington Scholarship and the Assistance League of Phoenix Scholarship.

In 2011, she graduated from the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice Summa Cum Lade. While she attended ASU, Ms. Sanchez took a part time position with the firm until late 2011. She then worked with the Office of the Legal Defender and came back to the firm as the Office Manager in July 2012. She intends to enroll in law school in the near future in order to begin a career as criminal, trial attorney. Ms. Sanchez is responsible for the day to day operations of the firm and is committed to ensuring the firm’s clients receive the highest level of customer service.
